Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Santoriu. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@santoriu.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with specific instructions on how to ship your product back to us.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

3.1 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@santoriu.com.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@santoriu.com and we will provide you with instructions.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@santoriu.com with photos of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Exceptions

Certain items are non-returnable due to health and hygiene reasons. These include:

  • Items that have been opened or used
  • Items with broken seals
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

7. International Returns

For international orders, please note that you are responsible for any customs or duties that may be charged when returning an item. These fees are non-refundable.

8. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
